Bishop Apostle Dr. Dexter James is the Founder, Senior Pastor and Overseer of Warriors Assembly Growing Church Breakthrough Ministries
International. Bishop James has planted fifteen churches across Trinidad and Tobago, one in Barbados and provides leadership covering for five (5) affiliate churches. He is also the CEO and Founder of Dexter James Impartation Ministry. At the core of his Ministry is the philosophy that
Money + Mission = Souls.

Also known as “The Wealth Ambassador” and a proven financial deliverer, he was mandated by God in 2010 to raise up an army of multi-millionaires who will be obedient, directing their finances towards kingdom initiatives and needs according to the will of God. Apart from his anointing for wealth he operates in the office of the Prophet, Teacher and flows in the healing and deliverance ministry. He is also highly regarded for his ministry in leadership as he is tasked with raising up the next generation of God-fearing, kingdom-minded leaders in the Body of Christ.

Dr. James has received his doctoral designation in Christian Theology and was conferred the designation of Doctor of Divinity after completing his second doctoral degree at the International Miracle Institute. He was appointed as an International Chaplain and an Ambassador-at-large by the Covenant International University and Seminary in Houston, Texas USA. Additionally, he has also been ordained a global elder with Christian Harfouche Ministry International.

Dr. James is also an International Conference Speaker and has ministered in over eighteen (18) countries across the world inclusive of the Caribbean, North America, South America, Africa and Europe. Dr. James ministers on diverse media platforms including television, radio and social media, and has developed a programme called “The Voice” where he lifts up his voice to address concerns over social issues and injustice and provide practical solutions. 

Throughout his time in Ministry, he has built several connections with some great men and women of God, Prime Ministers and Ministers of Government, locally, regionally and internationally. As a firm believer in equipping the saints for the work of the Ministry and raising up in this nation, a breed of young people who will demonstrate the power of God through Christ Jesus with a heart and passion for God and
people, he has established and hosted several schools of training through the Philip Institute, School of Ministry and School of Prosperity.

He is also an author of over seventy (70) God-inspired books some of which focuses on Prayer, Evangelism, Healing and Deliverance, Biblical Prosperity, Relationships and many more. Some of his most notable titles include: The Prayer Room - The Control Room, Should a Christian Prosper and Where are the Labourers. 

Bishop James works in the vineyard tirelessly and continues to yield to God’s leading. He continues to preach the word and live the word which can be practically seen through various outreach activities such as the Tent of Hope and the Evangelistic Centre.
